A Closer Look at the Apartment Near Acropolis

Welcome to our charming 55-square-meter apartment, conveniently located on the first floor and easily accessible by both stairs and an elevator.

As soon as you step inside, you will find a spacious wardrobe ready for your belongings. The heart of the apartment features a cozy living room, a restful bedroom, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.

We have stocked the kitchen with everything you need, including an electric stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, and both filter and espresso coffee makers, alongside complete dinnerware. To start your stay off right, we have also provided complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, and a cold bottle of water. Right outside your door, you will find a pedestrian walkway and a bike path, with a bicycle rental shop just 50 meters away. These paths offer a 5-minute walk to the train station and a 10-minute walk to the metro station.

The comfortable living room is perfect for work and relaxation, featuring a dedicated workspace with a supportive office chair, two cozy lounge chairs, a TV, and a double sofa that easily converts into a comfortable single bed.
 
The sunny, independent bedroom is located right next to the bathroom and comes fully equipped with fresh linens, blankets, towels, an iron, and an ironing board. For your convenience, the bathroom also includes a hairdryer, shampoo, toilet paper, and shower gel.
 
Both the bedroom and the living room open onto a lovely, breezy balcony furnished with a table and three chairs, where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine. To ensure a peaceful night's sleep or to keep the rooms cool, the bedroom & living room balcony doors, and kitchen windows are all fitted with blackout blinds.
 
Step right into the local culture with our central apartment, perfectly positioned in the pulse of a lively neighborhood. All living spaces face a lively pedestrian area, which is occasionally used by local traffic. Please be aware that the nearby railway brings ambient city noise, making it an ideal home base for easygoing urban adventurers, but less so for those seeking absolute peace and quiet.

Our apartment is perfect for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers – up to three people can comfortably stay here. Experience Athens like a local in the popular Kato Petralona neighborhood. This centrally located apartment is within walking distance (20-30 minutes) of the Acropolis and other ancient sites. It's perfectly positioned between the historic Thissio/Monastiraki district and the vibrant nightlife of Kerameikos. Athens' trendiest district, Psyri, is also about 25 minutes away. And the famous Apostolou Pavlou Sidewalk is just a stone's throw from our apartment.

Surrounded by cafes, bakeries, and all essential amenities, it's the ideal place for both comfort and culture.
